Computer aided drug design (CADD) is an efficient tool in the search for promising drug candidates, especially when used with existing chemical biology screening techniques. CADD techniques by the best pharmaceutical companies and other research groups needed to accelerate the drug development process more cost-effectively for the preliminary stage of the drug discovery process and to minimize the errors in the final stage.
Our team focused on computer-aided drug design (structure based: Docking, Ligand based: pharmacophore, QSAR)) and computational protein structure modelling (homology modelling, MD simulation) techniques in their research studies to reduce the experimental burden and the wet laboratory studies in terms of time and cost. They have several national and international projects related to these fields. .

The main purpose of this project is to provide a decision support system to both vehicle users and employees in vehicle repair services for the detection of motor vehicle malfunctions. In the project, malfunctions in automobiles are detected by analyzing the sounds emitted from the vehicle by pattern recognition and machine learning methods.
In the project, it is aimed that the mechanical failures in the motion propulsion systems (engine systems) used in motor vehicles can be easily detected by the user with the MATS software developed within the scope of the project. Thus, without wasting time and without the need for advanced expertise, the causes of malfunctions of motor vehicles will be presented to the interested parties and early fault detection will be possible without major damage.

In the ongoing study, it is aimed to produce software that will simulate a traffic network with different parameters, and to determine the most appropriate traffic engineering solution by comparing the results obtained through this software.
In software, a traffic network can be designed in computer environment in accordance with Traffic Engineering rules. . The visual, statistical data and reports to be produced through the software will provide the opportunity to create a less costly and better functioning traffic system in real life.
